What is Groov?

And this applies to the workplaces, leaders and people we work with. Being in your Groov is a place, a destination. We lift wellbeing which helps engagement and performance.

How do we help?

How do we solve for the workforce challenges of today: Talent acquisition and retention, inclusion, innovation, engagement, wellbeing How do we create a workplace wellbeing culture that helps us to overcome these challenges in a sustainable way? How do we cater for the unique needs of our people, as one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to wellbeing? These are the types of questions we are getting every day from Senior Leaders connecting with us for advice and exploring Groov. And the data doesn’t lie - even pre-Covid data shows in a mentally well workplace employees are nearly 6 times more likely to be engaged, 32% less likely to quit, 125% less likely to burnout and 29% more productive.*

Moving to that culture of wellbeing is hard, so Groov helps tackle it at an organisational, leadership and individual level. Our workplace wellbeing platform uses six key elements, tailored to the workplace, creating a blueprint for change and an enduring wellbeing first approach.

Leading companies partner with us as we support their strengths, identify where they can improve, and quickly move them, their leaders and their people to positive action.

Evidence based and science backed, Groov is like your always-on wellbeing champion, driving sustained change in your workplace.

Who is Groov for?

As a workplace wellbeing platform, the exciting thing is that organisations of all sizes can get incredible benefits. If you take a look at our plans page, there are companies with a handful of employees working with us, up to large multinationals with 1000s of employees.

Individual wellbeing

It’s built on six pillars of wellbeing – CHILL, DO, CONNECT, MOVE, CELEBRATE, ENJOY. These come to life as small daily actions. Doing one thing a day from each of these pillars will help you feel good, function well and bounce back from stress. By making these daily habits, over time you should feel more positive, resilient, and able to get the most out of life.

Leadership wellbeing

To make change in an organisation, it is important to lift the leaders. Groov enables them to know how to look after their own wellbeing, but also equips them to lead wellbeing to lift their teams within the organisation. As the facilitators of organisational wellbeing, they have a huge role to play.

Organisational wellbeing

Every workplace is different. Groov’s real time insights looks at the state of workplace wellbeing and provide a tailored approach for progress.

Strengths are identified, along with opportunities for improvement within areas such as psychological safety, communication, conflict management and change management.

With the areas to improve identified, action based solutions provide support every step of the way and gauge improvement over time.
