New Zealand Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

We were thrilled to support Mental Health Awareness Week in 2022. Missed some of our events? Watch the recordings below!

Reconnect — with the people and places that lift you up.

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week was all about reconnecting with the things that bring you joy.

At Groov, we hosted daily live chats exploring the theme of reconnect and mental health with an incredible line-up of guests from around NZ and Australia, including Paddy Gower, Josh Reid Jones, Shantelle Thompson, and Jase Te Patu.

We also promoted a daily challenge around reconnecting and shared helpful content in the Groov App.
